FIRMWARE UPDATES FOR HYPERION EOS CHARGERS


NOTE: Firmware upgrades have the potential to make your charger inoperable. Chargers which are made inoperable due to firmware updates by users are NOT covered by warranty replacement policy.
(however, they can be traded in for a new charger at 45% discount from original suggested retail price)

If you have ANY RESERVATIONS about your ability to do the firmware upgrade, or are unwilling to accept full responsibility for the results:

1) Don’t do the update, OR
2) CONTACT YOUR DEALER to ask about having it done for you. Most dealers should offer the service at a very small labor charge plus return shipping charges.

Again, the updates are OPTIONAL and ADD FEATURES. They are NOT required, and we will NOT replace your charger for free if there is a problem after update.


BE SURE THAT YOU DOWNLOAD THE CORRECT FIRMWARE VERSION TO MATCH YOUR CHARGER!!

Please read the manual BEFORE beginning updates!  Manual applies to all version NET and DUO Chargers and was REVISED on Oct 3 2009. It covers the new firmware update utility included in each firmware ZIP file, so be sure to read it!

DOWNLOAD 0720i NET3 v3.20 Firmware   - Release date OCT 3 2009
This is the firmware for 0720iNET3 only. 

DOWNLOAD 0615i DUO3 v3.20 Firmware   - Release date OCT 3 2009
This is the firmware for 0615iDUO3 only. 

v3.2  (the first fw update release for hardware v3 NET & DUO)
* Added Terminal Voltage Control Function (TVC). You MUST read this EXPLANATION before using TVC!!
* Changed Cooling Fan control such that the fan is stays on if case temp exceeds 45C, until falling below 40C.
NOTE:  EOS Insight Logging Software must be version 1.5.0.46 or later if using v3.2 NET/DUO firmware.
